After you have made your purchase, you will receive an email message containing a link for your download. Depending on your email client, it may take a few minutes to arrive your in-box. E-mail spam blockers are very common now and can easily place valid emails in a "spam" folder. Please check this folder before contacting us for order status. We send you the product via email, everything you will need will be in this zip file. We will send the product to the email address you provided on the order form.

I can't download my items!
If you do not have permission to the download page, your order's status may have been changed to UNPAID, because of problems getting your payment processed through the issuing bank. Noveltyschooldegrees.com can not give refunds if you encounter such problems, since bank processing errors are beyond our control.
